When choosing to give perfume gifts there are various factors that need to be considered. A lot of time needs to be devoted to the fact of choosing the best presents that will surely suit your friends and relatives. Many bottles of perfume have ended up on a dresser without having been used more than once. This is why it is of paramount importance to carefully choose the best one among the various products that are available.
Which one to give?
The obvious thing to consider when choosing perfume gifts is to make sure that the person wears perfume. A lot of people have allergies, sensitivities or even skin disease that prevents them from using some fragrances or perfumes in general. In these cases it will be wise to give gift consisting of perfumed sachets or room sprays that the person could use as decorative items.
If the person does wear perfumes then it will be interesting to find out which scent they really like and are able to use. Usually people make the error of giving perfume gifts that they have smelled on somebody else. The truth is that each one of us has their own body chemistry and it will be necessary to take time to find out the scent that the people usually wear. In this way you are sure that your gift will be accepted.
Different Types of Perfume Gifts
There is different type of perfume gifts that many people do not know. Among these we have true perfume, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne. True perfume usually comes in small and artistically designed bottles that represent the spirit of the designer. True perfume is usually very costly because of the ingredients that are used and should make great presents if you have the budget.
Eau de Toilette is usually made of eight to fifteen percent essential oil while Eau de Cologne is made of around four percent essential oil. Because of the fact that the fragrances are not that potent they can cost a fraction of the cost of true perfume and are also available in larger bottles.
Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne should make great presents for people that want to give a perfume to a person but do not have the financial means to do it.
Perfume gifts can be exciting and fun to give if only you take time to find out which scent the person will appreciate. The time that you spend in choosing the fragrance could make the difference between being readily accepted and disappointing gifts. Do not rush in choosing these gifts.
