Would you ever think of buying a high school and converting it into a house complete with cafeteria, gym, basketball and tennis courts. Armand Morin would, at the right price of course.
You assume he is an excentric who would persuaded in to anything but you would be way off base. No Armand Morin is no fool just very savvy, very sharp and an imaginative thinker who comes up with money making ideas beyond most people's wildest dreams.
Few people would be brave enough to even consider such a outrageous project and even fewer sight unseen but it could never ever be said that Armand Morin was conventional and went by the book.
It's just about making the figures work nothing more than that really when it comes to buying a run down old school for $75,000 on eBay most people would think "who would buy a school once it was done up...?".
What Armand sees is not a deserted high school but a sprawling luxury home with all the high school facilities subtly transformed into the desirable features that would fetch at least twice or three times the original purchase price. Imagination is what it takes, imagination and the courage to take action.
But with such a active mind it doesn't even stop there his brain starts to dig deeper still thinking of alternative money spinnners. What about turning it into offices or a training center for business entreprenuers. He see's endless potential and knows how to harness it...
Most people believe that the internet is only for selling websites, and digital products but when you have an almost limitless capacity for ideas it is not suprising the thought of using this modern technology in previously unheard of ways opens up endless new possibilites.That is especially true for those with a capacity to dream like Armand Morin.
It might suprise you to know that you could find more than 1000 homes for sale on eBay but just buy applying a little of Armand's magical knowledge and know how he quickly sorts to the properties he desires.
Once you know what to do you can be looking at only those items you can make money from in a few seconds.
What makes this exciting is you do not even have to leave the comfort of your own home.Just fire up the laptop or PC and you are in business. No listening to the droan of real estate agents or turning up at peoples homes but still the opportunity to nab hot bargains with a guaranteed profit.
Morin's little system even allows him to sell a property for twice the price before he has completed his own purchase. But that's another story..
Ok so the limits for selling property boil down to about maybe 10 or 20 deals a week so lets look at other options for applying the Armand Morin system. Yes of course eBay Motors where a SUV get's sold almost every 9 seconds that does increase the options some what.
Imagine the possibilities if you knew how simple this was, you would be literally begging me to spill the beans of how exactly this could be done.. well sorry but I have been sworn to secrecy.
