I am always fascinated by the sound of piano. It simply results into a kind of music that can touch hearts and touch souls. I wanted to learn piano when I was a kid however did not have a chance until when I attended the choir. However, it was not a formal lesson because I was just taught by my fellow choir member who is really a genius with pianos as if he was born with it. But then I do know some tricks he taught me back then and I am going to share it here.

One, you will need to just follow the flow of music. You do not need to hold back because once you hold back it disrupts the flow of the music. Once music is disrupted, you cannot create the same music twice without altering something so as much as possible you need to be able to follow what is being played.

Two, every musician needs inspiration therefore whatever inspires you think as if you are playing back to it as if repaying what it did to you. Whether it is a person or event or music, answer it with your kind of music. That is one typical way of paying back the music that you owed to them at the very least.

Three, do not be afraid to try out new music just because you are not familiar with it. The wider the coverage of your music is, the wider your knowledge will be. Even though I have said that when you play your music do not hold back, it does not mean you can't so if you tried new things about music and found out that it is not your thing you simply stop and that is it.

Four, be familiar with different genre and style because those very beautiful pieces are found obscure so if you familiarize yourself with foreign music and learn them who knows you might actually find a very good piece to play. And it is not just for you, it is also for people who thirst to hear music at the most.

Five, you need to adapt to new things quickly if you expect to be master of your own music. Whatever change that comes your way, you need to cope up with it quickly and smoothly. There is really no path that is short and unwinding when it comes to music. You will always face tough obstruction and you need to break it down by adapting to its presence and eventually it will just melt off.

Six, someone who can play with you can be a good idea especially when you are out trying something new. And it can be better if he is adept at music and is familiar with almost everything about pianos. You will certainly learn in no time a few tricks of your own.

Truly, learning piano can be hard but if you are attentive enough to the information at hand, you will master the art with whatever capacity you have.
