Leaders in the MLM Industry vs Followers, How to determine the two to avoid losing money

This article wouldn't be complete without a personal story. I got up one morning and headed to my back office in my house to get started on my daily work schedule. I get on one of the social sites that I use to make friends with. I get this memo in my inbox as I am browsing around talking to people. It reads "Hey Marine, I like your site and I'm curious to find out more information from you." I didn't really think too much of it considering a lot of individuals request information from me. (I was in the Marine Corps for four years.). Now being the busy individual that I am I didn't respond, I already knew that this person is a follower and that I would be wasting my time if I did business with this person. I know what's going through your mind right now. How could I tell that this individual was a follower?

I'll get into that in a minute. Remember my topic Leaders in the MLM industry vs Followers.

Every single site I belong to I write as much information as needed. For people who are curious about my story and how I got involved in Internet Marketing all they have to do is read. Now the fact that this person has read all my information and what I can offer this person, but is still asking me for more information tells me one thing. This person isn't someone who takes action and is a follower. Now you're asking yourself how can I possibly know this person is a follower from just the email. I'll show you.

1. Followers don't take action. Followers create big hype about how they are going to make it rich with their home business and quit 2 months later because it was too hard for them. They buy hope or a solution thinking that's all they need in order to fix their problem (not generating leads, not enough prospects, whatever is causing your business to fail). It's not. The one thing that is gauranteed to fix any problem you may be having is work with a little bit of more work. Easy right. You have to know exactly how to get the results you want. Followers quit whenever their MLM business is not going how it should. Followers make excuses instead of finding the cause and fixing it. Followers sit around and want everything done for them. Case in point the person who keeps emailing me for more information.

2. Now Leaders in the MLM industry on the other hand take action. They set a milestone and don't finish until that goal is reached. It's ok if you started your business yesterday. In order to be a leader you have to know what you want and stop at nothing to get it. Leaders don't make excuses for their lack of skill, they go out and seek all they can learn. They don't complain when things don't go there way. When a leader makes a mistake they learn from it and keep moving forward. Sitting around and asking other people to solve their crisis is not what leaders do. If the information applies to them they take action. I can spot a leader a mile away and you should be able to also.

You need to be able to see what type of individual someone is. Followers cost you time which equals Money. A leader only needs to be pointed in the right track and the rest they will figure out by themselves.
