Are All MLM Leaders Cut From The Same Loaf?

MLM leaders can sometimes be a strange breed of people but if they are leaders and by that I mean they have followers they have deserved everything that comes their way.
Some people would suggest that leaders are born naturals..... Hmmm, Not always!
Ever found something priceless in a funny place? Leaders are found in the wierdest of places as well. Like the rough.
With a little bit of hard work and some spit and polish so to speak, Diamonds can appear!
Like a lot of things, there is nothing wrong with starting from scratch. There will be many things to learn along the way but there is very little that can not be studied and overcome.
The qualities that simply can not be taught are your levels of honesty, integrity, passion and enthusiasm for success.
Each attribute becomes an infectious attraction and they are far more importance than your technical applications.
Your success will require far more than being knowledgable and technically gifted. Just as well as the technical side of things still looks like double dutch to me. But still learning.
I would suggest everything we do revolves around the why we are doing something.
I would suggest with the utmost of respect that all MLM Leaders have at one stage or another thought of quitting. There would be thousands of reasons to quit if things are not going your way, but why dont they?.
Why not give up? Why not look for an easier more comfortable path?
Deep down, our leaders understand why they have not moved on. The why keeps them there..
If you do not know the reason why you are doing something...Find it.
From experience, your reasons to stay and persist will always have to carry more weight than the constant reasons to leave. Period!
Surround yourself with people who know the HOW TO challenges, learn from them, pass on the knowledge and make the WHY TO so important that the small stuff really does not matter.
The chouice is yours but for mine, MLM Leadership is a journey to be enjoyed
Quite a few years ago, one of my mentors put a brand new spin of leadership when he suggested:" Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you cared" ! Makes sense, doesnt it.
In closing, I have a little bit of heads up for all our existing and aspiring MLM Leaders.
You see... this business affords us the opportunity to build strong and powerful relationship which of course is awesome....
However... there is a potential trap we can all fall into and I know because I have
You simply can NOT afford to want success more for your followers than they actually want it for themselves! Tread carefully!

MLM leaders are like personalities. They all have them. There are good ones and there are also less disirable ones depending on your perspective. The thing about about MLM Leaders is that they come from all walks of life and tackle all challenges with a vigour that outlines their determination for success.
