Shifting Calories is an effortless diet approach for the following five reasons:

1. You may eat as much as you want till you are sufficiently satisfied at every meal. Thus there is no ceiling on the amount of the food you eat. You don't have to worry that you may be eating less on this diet program, because you will be eating well. The only caveat is that you must refrain from eating until you become stuffed, as that would undermine your fat reduction efforts.

2. You have to eat four full meals daily. There is no skipping on meals when undergoing shifting calories.

3. You must eat foods from all four of the core food groups when {calorie shifting, so there is no question of craving carbohydrates, because you will be having plenty when shifting calories.

4. You must take a three day rest from the diet routine every fourteen days. On those 3 days, you are allowed to eat whatever you like. You are virtually off the hook from the diet routine. The only caveat is that you be careful not to overeat at every meal. If you eat in moderation, you should be able to maintain your weight during the 3 days, as opposed to gaining or losing anything.

5. You don't have to track what you partake of. You simply need to create your own food planner at the start of each two-week cycle and follow it. Even the diet itself offers you a great deal of flexibility in that you are able to pick the order in which you eat each of your four meals.

All of these five bullet points above are evidence that shifting calories is an effortless diet and a highly effective approach for any individual who's looking to quickly drop pounds without struggle.

by following the principles of shifting calories, you can practically lose one pound every day!

Can you realistically drop nine pounds every 11 days on the Calorie Shifting Diet?

The manner in which the Shifting Calories Diet works is that you shift the groupings of calories which you have, from meal after meal. In other words, you are permitted to partake of a broad spectrum of differing food from every one of the four main food groups. And you are permitted to partake of each of them in unlimited amount without counting carbohydrates or calories. The only "catch", if you will, is that you have to sort out the food from each food group and partake of them in unique groups at specified times of day. For example, you must eat food from the bread and meat groups at one meal, but at the subsequent meal you could partake of only dairy, and then the subsequent meal should consist of vegetables and dairy at the next. And this grouping is continuously alternating, daily, from one meal to the next.

What this ultimately accomplishes after all is a phased methodology for intentionally triggered burning of fat. Your body reacts to the absence of one nutrient by tapping into its fat stores. And then you immediately reintroduce the deficient nutrient from your diet by the time fat burning has already kicked in. But before the human body has an opportunity to "recover" and return back to a "normal" metabolism, you will then withdraw a different nutrient, and the human body will maintain its fat burning mode by virtue of the fact that it now perceives the absence of that nutrient.

Thus what you are doing is inducing a fat burning cycle, not by cutting out one element of your diet like carbs, but by just inducing spurts of nutritional deprivation in short bursts, just long enough to induce fat burning, but not long enough to truly deny you of the crucial nutrients that you need to maintain a balanced diet.
